TMT worked collaboratively with OBI and ANS to deliver this project, the result is a first-class workplace offering. Our works included: the complete CAT B fit out of all office spaces and the WC facilities, full renewal of all M&E systems and a comprehensive upgrade of the plant room.
At TMT we love working with clients who have a bold vision and this workplace really has it all, with a dedicated gym, shower and changing facilities, wellness space and 6,000sqft of social space including bar, games and event space.
Exposed services were a major feature of this workplace, with TMT successfully coordinating the design and M&E solution to create a services solution that complimented the design.
This project also featured a large amount of bespoke joinery, our attention-to-detail approach was paramount on this scheme to achieve an exceptional finish for our client!
