We were appointed by Oxenwood Real Estate to undertake a full CAT A refurbishment of this 305,000 square foot facility in Trafford Park, Manchester. The unit comprised of 295,000 sq ft of warehouse facilities with 10,000 sq ft of office accommodation alongside.

All of the works were carried out under a JCT Design & Build Contract, which meant we were responsible for the design of all mechanical and electrical installations and a full CAT A fit out to the offices, canteens and WC areas . This included a full refurbishment of the existing roof and roof lights.
Externally, large areas of the service yard were broken out and recast, along with the design and continuation of an emergency access road to the site.
This project was completed on time and to the expected budget. Enabling the client to secure a long-term lease with a well established logistics company.
