LSE Retail Group is a rapidly growing online retailer of lighting for the home, and we were appointed by LSE Retail Group to design and fit out their new flagship headquarters following relocation from an existing facility. The newly built building comprised of both warehouse space (126,000 sq ft) alongside office accommodation (10,000 sq ft).

Part of the project included providing over 21,000 pallet spaces complete with in-rack sprinklers to FM Global Standards. We installed two mezzanine structures to provide additional task specific accommodation to LSE Retail Group. An additional drivers' welfare area was added, as was a trade counter for sales.
By working closely with the design team, we were able to provide a high-quality office fit out which would usually be expected to be seen in a city centre office space. Creating a fresh, open plan look and feel to the areas to allow collaboration between the teams onsite.
We worked at pace throughout this tight time scaled project, completing it within 15 weeks and within 5% of the original budget cost prior to negotiation on the main contract. LSE Retail Group was established in 2009 and they now dispatch over 1m orders a year from their modern distribution facility in Irlam, Manchester.
